Last week I was on campus at Saint Anselm College for the inauguration of the new college president Dr. Michael Lewis. Dr. Michael Lewis is the 12th president of Saint Anselm College. Along with doing the traditional views of the president and his family I tried to capture some stolen moments with him off guard and not looking at the camera. While he spoke I realized the Canadian flag in the background of the podium at the Sullivan Arena lending a perfect view and appropriate as he hails from Halifax Nova Scotia. My favorite view was of his Mother tearing up as he spoke as her grandson consoles her. These views were originally done in color but I found the black and white treatment lends itself to a documentary look. Good luck Dr. Lewis and I look forward to your tenure at the college.
