More views from my trip to Iceland back in May. First day I noticed an abundance of graffiti and street art along with strong graphics and murals. Most of it was centered primarily in downtown Reykjavík, but even as we traveled hours out of the city I would come upon it on buildings in obscure locations off the road. Businesses also tended to have outstanding graphics such as the Bonus store chain with their pink pigs. The scene balances unsanctioned tags with commissioned murals this makes walks through the city center a dynamic visual experience.
