Saturday was a great day for a trip to Quechee Vermont to the Simon Pearce Glassblowing Shop and Restaurant. I enjoyed a visit to the shop to pick out some gifts and the opportunity to observe the glassblowing artisans working hard. We then had a late afternoon lunch in their restaurant and a quiet drive home. I enjoy taking advantage of the tourist shoulder season.
