Holiday Chef with Panela Restaurant

The final in the Holiday Chef series for 2020 is with Chef/Owner Viviana Acevedo of Panela a Colombian restaurant in Lowell MA. Viviana did a traditional Pork Loin and some side dishes using panela as an ingredient which is unrefined whole can sugar.
