Coffee Mixology with the Bean Magazine

Photos for ” The Bean Magazine” a new publication with 512 Media and Merrimack Valley Magazine.

I shot the Lord Byron drink at Moonstones in Chelmsford MA with bartenders Jeff Mousseau and Alexis Walsh.

It is a combination of specialty bitters in simple syrup, cold brew coffee, vermouth, spiced pear liqueur, and tequila.

Named in honor of not the 19th Century Poet but Byron Corrales the owner of Finca Los Pinos in Nicaragua.
