Holiday Chefs with Orzo Trattoria and Yalla Grill

Wrapping up my views with Holiday Chef Rick Gianelly head chef at Orzo Trattoria in North Andover MA with his Insalata di Baccala (salt cod salad).

For desert I visited Yalla Grill in Methuen MA for some Meghli with Dalia Fakhry and her Mother Hiam Abourjeili.

Meghli is a savory rice pudding with anise, caraway and cinnamon, garnished with shredded coconuts and cashews.
