Back with my friends at RARA in Lowell for the Summer Formal. RARA is open to developmentally delayed individuals aged 18 and older living in the Greater Merrimack Valley region. Dinner was served and DJ Mark Watson was on hand to spin the tunes while I took some formal and dance views for everyone to enjoy.
