A busy weekend of events in Lowell MA with the Town and City Music Festival going on. A special book reading was on my list as I got to hear from the author/poet/publisher Paul Marion. Thanks to the Parker Lecture series held at the Pollard Memorial Library Paul read from his latest work Lockdown Letters and Other Poems. Paul’s book through his poems and letters gives us insight as to how the pandemic changed our daily life and the effects it had as people tried to maintain their routines. After reading from several selections he did a short Q& A session and for those in attendance they received copies of his books courtesy of the Parker Lecture Series.
