March 12th celebrates the 100th birthday of Lowell MA writer Jack Kerouac. I had the opportunity to photograph the famous “On the Road” scroll back in 2007 at the Lowell National Historical Park gallery in the Boot Mills. Working with Chris Wirth and Jack Herlihy 15 years ago in the completed exhibition I documented the exhibit and even had an early selfie of me with the scroll.
