Saddened to hear the passing yesterday of Colin Powell but it did bring back a memory for me. Back in May of 2000 he was the second Celebrity Forum speaker for Middlesex Community College. He came across very approachable to all the guest that evening. While having a break in a long round of grip and grin views with the local dignitaries he even gave a big hug to the Lowell Sun photographer Julia Malakie. Colin Powell may you rest in peace.
