Having fun covering the Lowell Kinetic Sculpture Race this past weekend. I along with a full cadre of local photographers many who donated their time and views for one of the cities quirkiest events but so much fun all the same. Kinetic sculptures are human-powered, all-terrain sculptures made from new and repurposed materials and engineered to race over streets, water, mud, and sand. A lot of creativity, science, art and talent along with brute force power for each entrant. It was a great time. You can view all my images at my Events Page.
