I met Bob Malavich working on a CETA project as a Historian/Photographer at the Division of Planning and Development in Lowell MA back in 1978. Bob was a proud Lowellian and gifted city planner. Bob passed away back in 2023 and yesterday the City of Lowell had a dedication ceremony and naming of the footbridge in his honor at the Lowell Memorial Auditorium.
