A few weeks ago I had the opportunity to cover a Quinceanera for Chelsea Sanchez.
It is a Latin American tradition for 15 year old girls similar to a sweet sixteen party.
One of the many traditions is the gown as elaborate as any wedding dress, the presenting of gifts and the father daughter dance .
