Holiday Chef “Beni” at Grazie

I end this years Holiday Chef views with a portrait with Arben “Beni” Kurti Executive Chef at Grazie Italian Restaurant at the Four Oaks Country Club in Dracut MA.

He served up a Pumpkin Ravioli dish with Shaved Parmesan and Amaretto Crumble. Next time try out the “Tiramisu” while you are there.
