Last night after a walking tour of the Lowell Canals with Richard Howe I enjoyed the lighting of the Canal ways in Lowell.
Part of the Lowell Waterways Vision project, several areas of the cities waterways were featured.
The presentation kicked off at the poorly named but historically significant Swamp Locks with a great crowd in attendance.
